Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping costs (Spain) are €6.99 per order.
For orders over €40, shipping is free.
Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving payment for the address provided by the customer when placing their order, excluding public holidays. The delivery timeframe will start on the first business day.
Delivery timelines are:
Domestic:
- Mainland Spain: 24 - 48 hours
International:
- Germany: 2 – 3 days
- France: 1 – 2 days
- Italy: 2 – 3 days
- Austria: 3 – 4 days
- Belgium: 2 – 3 days
- Netherlands: 2 – 3 days
- Denmark: 3 – 4 days
- Portugal: 24 - 48 hours
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage. Handling fees are a fixed rate, while transportation costs vary based on the total package weight. We recommend grouping all of your items into a single order. We are unable to combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply individually to each one.
All of our shipments are typically fulfilled by our shipping carrier GLS.
All of our shipments are sent using cardboard boxes and/or protective padded envelopes to protect against bumps and damage.
If you are not present at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice. Please contact them as soon as possible to schedule a delivery day and time slot for your package.
If the second delivery attempt also fails to reach you, they will leave another delivery notice, but in this case, the package will be held at the shipping carrier's office for 15 days. If the package is not picked up within these 15 days, it will be returned to our facilities.
At the time of order delivery, please:
– Check that the package or packages are in good condition.
– If the box is wet or damp, refuse the package and notify us at info@ommbio.com. We will send replacements for the damaged products at no cost to you.
